1. WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Rates depend on

• level of detail
• size
• Framed or unframed

I offer 2 portrait level options:

• SILVER : Simplified graphic flat detail monochrome canvas. Sizes 12x16, 18 x 24, 24x36. Man-hours range from 16-24 hours of art labor - spread over 4-6 weeks. Starting at $500
• GOLD :  Deeper level of detail and realism full color canvas. 18x24, 24x36, 4ft x6ft . Man-hours range from-24-48 hours of art labor spread over 2 - 3 months. Starting at $1500

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Much like a tattoo artist, I usually have a list at 15 people deep for those who've already made payments. Depending on availability, size, and level of Silver or Gold options, Haus portraits can range from 1 - 3 months. Rush fees applied for shorter time frame.

3. WHAT TYPE OF HOMES DO YOU PAINT?

Although my unique specialty is Mid Century Modern, I also do Art Deco / Art Moderne, contemporary modern and apartment complexes.

4. DO I SEND PHOTOS TO PAINT FROM OR DO YOU SHOOT IN PERSON?

For my finest level (Gold option) of larger Haus portraiture, I’d prefer a live photo shoot to capture your home at different angles for reference used on your canvas. For simplified graphic portraits ( Silver option ) I request a dozen photos emailed from multiple angles.

5. DO YOU TRAVEL TO SHOOT

If arrangements are made for my Premium higher end portraits (Gold option) I can travel as well.
